	Payment of court fines to Directorate of federal Bailiff Service (DFBS) LO The “Payment of court fines” to DFBS LO project was designed to arrange the payment of administrative fines in the favor of DFBS LO using sources of payment like subscriber’s account with the cell phone service provider, bank cards or cash. The system was launched in august 2010.
	Payment of administrative fines for traffic violations in Khanty-Mansijsk autonomous region – Yugra This service was implemented in 2009 with the support of the Khanty-Masijsk autonomous region (Yugra) administration and directorate of internal affairs for Khanty-Mansijsk autonomous region – Yugra). For the payment of the fine, the fined must send a SMS of a set format to a short number.
