Introduction

“Technologiya Processinga (Processing Technologies)” LLC was founded in 2006 to implement innovative projects in the fields of electronic and mobile commerce. The basic fields of the company’s activities include: Research and development in the field of electronic and mobile payment systems, creation and introduction of electronic and mobile payment systems.

 “Technologiya Processinga” is the main developer of the Russian e-payment system PayCash (www.paycash.ru). The PayCash settlement system allows you to make real-time online payments using internet or a cell phone. This technology provides tools for the storage and transmission of critical information via open networks. The technology (system) is based on patented security, storage and data exchange protocols. It is very successfully used in the development of competing highly-technological payment services, such as Yandex.Money (Яндекс.Деньги) and cellular payment system MOBI.Money (MOBI.Деньги).

 “Technologiya Processinga” is an active member of ICU projects (“Cellular (mobile) payments”, “NFC”, “Mobile Public Services”). The Company’s main contribution as ICU member is the development of a universal payment platform over the cellular networks. The Universal Payment Platform (UPP) supports electronic payment of transactions over the cellular networks, helps cellular operators to provide payment services to their subscribers, including mobile virtual network operators (MVNO), for the settlement of payments for a broad range of goods and services, in favor of arbitrary sellers by giving your cellular phone the functions of a payment (POS) terminal.

 Currently the Company is developing electronic and mobile payment systems for public transport and retail sales, payment systems for public and municipal services, as as well as mobile applications providing users with access to payment and information services via the mobile interface. The Company is developing software for the banks participating in these projects. In mobile and e-commerce projects, “Technologiya Processinga” Ltd. participates as a developer and integrator of automated systems for the payment for goods and services.
